Life
With The Dogs
No,
I’m not talking about my ColoHealth
partners Wiley, Diane, Bob, Anthony, and Chelsea. They’re
nice enough, but they’re not man’s best friend.
Pictured
here are Chloe, Ally, Dakota, and Lefty. They’re the
other permanent members of the Santamaria household, not counting
my camera-shy husband. Ever since I was very young I have
always loved animals, especially dogs. I picked up my first
stray when I got my learner’s permit at age 15, and have
been rescuing dogs ever since. Chloe and Alley have been
with me since they were puppies six years ago. Dakota came
from an animal shelter a couple years ago. And I found Lefty
tied to a tree with coat hangers.
I also act as a foster mom for shelter dogs, so it is not uncommon
for there to be one or two additional dogs in the household from
time to time.

like my commitment to my dogs, I take my commitment to my customers
very seriously. Unlike large online health insurance companies
where you get a different operator every time you call, I’m
