Though individual dental insurance plans are generally very expensive, we have found one very quality low cost discount dental plan that we feel confident in offering to our clients, CAREINGTON Dental Plan.  With a dental program you get to choose from a list of dentists that have agreed to give discounts to individuals who carry a particular dental programs.

If you are interested in a more "traditional" dental insurance program, we offer the One Dental Plan, underwritten by Fidelity Security Life Insurance Company.

If your dental provider does not participate in any of the plans below, you may also search DentalPlans.com for additional dental programs that offer more comprehensive networks in many parts of the country.

How Dental Programs Work

Dental programs offer substantial discounts of 20 to 60% off of normal fees.  When seeing a participating general dentist, payments are guaranteed according to the schedule of services on the plan.  You are entitled to choose any participating dentist on the plan, throughout the United States.  There is no dollar limit on dental services, and no restrictions because of dental problems you may already have.

The CAREINGTON plan also includes a Vision Program through EyeMed which offers savings on eyeglass frames and lenses, and additional savings on contact lenses, eye exams, and even LASIK surgery. For an additional $1.00 per month, you may add an CareMark Prescription card, offering savings of up to 55% on generic prescription drugs, and up to 15% on brand name drugs.

One Dental Plan

If you are interested in a more "traditional" dental insurance program, we offer the One Dental Plan, underwritten by Fidelity Security Life Insurance Company.  This plan becomes effect on the first day of the month after you apply, and covers a maximum of $1,000 of services per member per calendar year.

• The plan covers 100% of usual, customary and reasonable charges up for exams, cleanings, and fluoride (up to age 16) with no waiting period, subject to a lifetime $35 deductible and a $10 per Office Visit co-pay.
  
  
• After a six-month waiting period, the plan pays 80% of usual, customary and reasonable charges up for x-rays, fillings, and simple extractions, subject to a $50 deductible per calendar year.
  
  
• After 12 months of coverage, this plan pays 50% of usual, customary and reasonable charges up for endodontics, oral surgery (surgical extractions and impactions) and periodontics, subject to a $50 deductible per calendar year.
  
  
• After 24 months, this plan pays 50% of usual, customary and reasonable charges up for crowns, bridges and dentures, subject to a $50 deductible per calendar year.
