service was different because you cared and you helped me out by looking quotes
up that fitted my needs and you were always pleasant to talk to. We
were on the phone with you while you were looking quotes up on the computer
back and forth....plus you answered a lot of my questions. This has
been a great experience - Excellent service.
I know I have someone
that I can talk to and turn to if I have any insurance needs and/or questions.
That really does mean something.
It
was a pleasure working with Paula. She was on top of things and was
always there when I needed her. She kept in contact with me through
phone and email every week until I found what I was looking for. Even
then, she continued to keep in contact to see the insurance go through and
to see if i was happy with the quote. For if it changed, she would help
