Colorado’s Obesity Rate On The Rise

Based on the study conducted by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and Trust for America’s Health, the obesity rate in Colorado increased this year reaching 44.8 percent. Colorado officials are no longer surprised with the numbers presented in the study. They say that it takes a while before Coloradans, both children and adults can live healthier lives and decrease obesity rates despite the wellness programs that the state currently has in place. read more
